Consumer Rights - Withdrawal - Cancellation Return Conditions

Excerpt from GEO 34/2014 on consumer rights in contracts concluded with professionals, as well as for amending and supplementing certain normative acts

The Client has the right to withdraw without the need to provide a reason and without incurring penalties, within 14 calendar days from the date of taking physical possession of the goods, or from the date of possession of the last good in the case where the Client orders multiple products in a single order to be delivered on different days, or from the conclusion of the contract, depending on the case of services. Withdrawal within this time frame entails, if the order has already been paid, the full refund of the amounts within a maximum of fourteen (14) calendar days, starting from the date the Client informs OZ HICRET of the decision to withdraw from the contract. The amount related to the Order will be returned using the same payment method used by the Client in the initial transaction, unless the Client opts for another method of receiving the refunded amount.

The refund of the paid amounts will be carried out as follows:

For online orders paid by bank card

– The refund will be processed to the card used for payment, within a minimum of 24 hours from the confirmation of the return's receipt by the courier or from the moment the returned product reaches the OZ HICRET consultant.

For online orders paid on delivery

– The refund will be made to the bank account specified by the client in the return form, within a minimum of 24 hours from the collection of the package by an OZ HICRET Consultant. If the product is returned directly to a physical service point, the refund will be made immediately, on the spot.

For orders paid through consumer credit

– The credit contract will be canceled according to the agreement with the credit institution, and any amounts already paid will be refunded to the account specified by the client after completing the necessary formalities.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the client must complete the withdrawal form directly from the Account or send to OZ HICRET the document template provided in the annex to Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014. OZ HICRET reserves the right to delay the refund until the returned products have been effectively received or until clear proof is received that they have been shipped to OZ HICRET. If OZ HICRET has agreed to personally collect the products from the client, the refund period will take into account the date on which the products were effectively picked up. Additionally, OZ HICRET reserves the right to retain part of the refund amount if the products show a decrease in value due to handling by the client beyond what is necessary to verify the nature and functionality of the product. For certain categories of products, depending on their specifics and nature, the return policy may not apply.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the product must be in perfect/good condition, complete, in the original packaging, and unused, including all accessories and accompanying documents (invoice, warranty certificate, etc.). It is important that the product does not show signs of wear or damage. The return service does not affect the Client's right of withdrawal within 14 days but complements it.

Return Procedure
To initiate the return process, clients are asked to complete the return form available on our website in the "Product Returns" section. After completing the form, the Oz Hicret team will analyze the request and contact the client via email to discuss details and establish the necessary steps to resolve the issue/detailed instructions for returning the product. The return period is 14 calendar days.

Return Costs
Return costs are borne by the client, except in cases where the product was delivered defective or does not match the description. In such cases, we will cover the return costs.

Refund Process
After receiving and verifying the returned product, we will process the refund within 14 working days. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for purchase unless the client has agreed otherwise.

Products Exempted from Return
Certain products cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons, such as: personalized products, sealed products that have been unsealed after delivery, or products that can no longer be returned for legal reasons.
